KUTIWA MOTO WA ROHO MTAKATIFU

“Moto lazima uendelee kuwaka juu ya madhabahn mfululizo, kamwe usizimike.” (Mambo Ya Walawi 6:13)

Kanisa Bean ilijengwa miaka mingi iliyopita ulichomwa moja usiku. moto wapate kuonekana na maelfu katika direcciny kila huu kuvutia umati mkubwa wa watu. mtu ambaye kamwe kutoa hatua ndani ya mlango wa kanisa na kufanya furaha ya parishioners alikuja kuangalia uchomaji wa kanisa. mwanachama wa kanisa ni kuhusu l alisema, "ni ajabu kumwona hapa." Naye akawajibu, "Hii ni mara ya kwanza nimeona hii kanisa juu ya moto."

Wakati kanisa kweli juu ya moto, watu ni atradas yake. Hamu ya Bwana ni kwamba Kanisa juu ya moto. Yesu aliwaambia kanisa la Laodikea kwamba l alitaka ilikuwa moto na sio vuguvugu (Ufunuo 3:15). Bila pumzi ya uzima wa Roho sercomo kanisa bonde yamejaa mifupa kavu na katika maono ya Ezekieli, Ndugu wafu (Ezekieli 39).

Roho Mtakatifu ni muhimu kwa mienendo ya maisha ya kanisa. moja kavu ya kumwagwa kwa Roho ni upya wa kanisa kutekeleza lengo lake kwa ulimwengu. Roho ni kutolewa kwa kuimarisha kanisa kuwa mashahidi, kuanzia nyumbani na hadi mwisho wa dunia (Matendo 1: 8).

Katika kitabu cha Matendo tunaona kanisa kwamba ufanisi akageuka dunia kichwa chini. Roho Mtakatifu alikuwa ufunguo wa mienendo ya maisha yake. zawadi ya Roho walikuwa operacin sana kama vifaa muhimu kwa ajili ya uinjilisti. Kanisa la Agano Jipya experimentel potenciacin kulipuka ukuaji katika Roho. Mungu anataka kurudisha kanisa leo na kanuni na mifano ya maisha ya Kanisa wa Agano Jipya.

Roho Mtakatifu ni akamwaga kufufua kanisa kufanya ukarabati Kanisa Utume Mkuu. Mungu anataka kanisa lake kuwa mwili umoja fitly alijiunga na kila sehemu ya kazi vizuri ili injili fika kila mtu.

Ushahidi wa udhibiti wa Roho Mtakatifu katika kanisa ni wazi katika njia mbalimbali.

1. Roho Mtakatifu hutoa Tabia ya maisha, Upendo, Furaha, Amani, uchochezi wa Imani, na Shauku:

     Roho ya kuambukiza, kuambukiza estpresente katika kanisa kupitia maisha mapya katika Roho. Watu ni kusanyiko ambao Atrada estviva. Imani yake mahiri ni alitekwa NMAs ya kile inafundisha. Zaburi 126:2 inaelezea hali ya marejesho: "Ndipo kinywa chetu kujazwa na kicheko na lugha yetu kwa kuimba." Furaha ni dhahiri kwa wote. Makanisa ya kujazwa na Roho ni vituo vya furaha.

2. Kuna mahubiri Kamili ya Response Roho Toba Ili kuzalisha au Resistance:

Mhubiri inakuwa channel kwa ajili ya neno la Mungu (Marko 13:11). kuhubiri kwa nguvu ya Roho ni Biblia na anaongea na dhamiri na moyo. Kujazwa na Roho makanisa kuhubiri vituo.

3. Roho Mtakatifu Bure Watu Ya Hatia Na Utumwa Wa Dhambi:

     Roho inafanya uwezekano wa kuishi katika haki ya Kristo na santificacin. Kujazwa na Roho makanisa ni vituo vya uinjilishaji.

4. Roho Mtakatifu Kuwahamasisha Huduma Za Ibada Yenye Ambapo Maisha Ya Kristo Na Mwana Wake Uliofanyika Victoria, Alitangaza Na Kudhihirisha:

     Ni Roho wa Mungu ambaye evokes ibada ya kweli (Phhilippians 3:03, Yohana 4:24). Kujazwa na Roho makanisa ni vituo vya ibada (Matendo 2:46-47).

5. Roho Mtakatifu Inajenga Huruma Kwa Maskini, Na Masikini, Na Sick:

     Makanisa wakiongozwa na waziri wa upendo Roho, kukubalika, msamaha, uponyaji, na ushauri kwa (Matendo 5:12, 16) waliojeruhiwa na peke yake. makanisa ni kujaa kwa Roho wa vituo vya afya.

6. Kubadilishwa Waumini Kusanyeni Pamoja Wote Katika Ibada Ya Ushirika Na Ushirika Katika Kaya:

Kanuni imetolewa katika Matendo 2:42. utaratibu wa Kanisa ni kuona katika Matendo 2:44, 46; 05:42.

Mkutano wa waumini wakati wa kuinjilisha, kufundisha, hisa, waziri, kuomba, na kuandaa. ndugu ya chumvi espontneamente dunia kushuhudia maisha yake katika Kristo. Kujazwa na Roho makanisa ni vituo vya mkutano.

7. Roho Inaongoza Kwa Restructuracin Wa Maisha Ya Kanisa, Idara Sinema, Na Serikali Kwa Mujibu Wa Makanisa Kanuni, Mazoea Na Bblicos Mifano:

     Bwana seoro kutambua na kuwasilisha kwao. zawadi ya ofisi ya wizara ni kupokea na wanaruhusiwa kufanya kazi. Wanachama wote ni mafunzo na vifaa kwa ajili ya huduma. majukumu ya injili ya Kikristo katika utawala na rasilimali zake ni kutangazwa na kufanyiwa mazoezi. Hivyo kanisa kufanya kazi zake Kulingana na mpango wa Mungu. Kujazwa na Roho makanisa miili ya kwamba kazi.

Makanisa mengi leo ni katika wanahitaji uamsho, kiimani, rejuvenation, marejesho revitalizaciny. Llmelo unataka nini, ukweli wa mambo ni kwamba kanisa mno mahitaji ya kumwagwa mpya ya Roho Mtakatifu.

Tunakaribisha na changamoto ya kanisa kukamata maono ya mapenzi ya Mungu kwa ajili ya kumwagwa kwa Roho wake katika kanisa. Omba kwamba kanisa juu ya moto kufanya kazi yake katika ulimwengu katika siku hizi za mwisho.

QUEIMANDO NO FOGO DO ESPÍRITO SANTO

“O fogo se conservará continuamente aceso sobre o altar; não se apagará.” (Levítico 6:13)   

Uma igreja que tinha sido construída há muitos anos foi queimada durante a noite. O fogo podia ser visto por milhares em cada sentido e atraiu uma grande multidão. Um homem que nunca tomaria uma etapa dentro da porta de uma Igreja e zombou dos paroquianos veio a olhar para a queima da Igreja. Um membro da Igreja se aproximou dele e lhe disse: "é estranho ver aqui". O homem respondeu: "Esta é a primeira vez que vi esta igreja fogo."

Quando uma igreja realmente está pegando fogo, pessoas atraídas para ele. O desejo do Senhor é que a Igreja em chamas. Jesus disse à Igreja em Laodicéia, ele queria era quente, não morna (Apocalipse 3:15). Sem a vida do halito de espírito, a Igreja será como o vale cheio de ossos secos na visão de Ezequiel, frio e morto (Ezequiel 39).

O Espírito Santo é vital para a dinâmica vida da Igreja. Um dos efeitos do derramamento do Espírito é a renovação da Igreja para que ele possa cumprir a sua missão ao mundo. O espírito é dado para fortalecer a Igreja para ser testemunhas, que começa em casa e se estende até os confins da Terra (Atos 1:8).

No livro de Atos podemos constatar uma igreja eficaz que colocou o mundo acima abaixo. O Espírito Santo era a chave para sua vida dinâmica. Os dons do Espírito foram muito em operação como ferramentas essenciais para o evangelismo. A Igreja do Novo Testamento experimentou um crescimento explosivo no empoderamento do Espírito. Deus querem restaurar a Igreja de hoje aos princípios e modelos da vida da Igreja no Novo Testamento.

O Espírito Santo é derramado para reavivar a Igreja renovada Igreja realizar a grande Comissão. Deus quer que sua Igreja para ser um corpo Unido bem coordenado, juntamente com cada parte funcionando corretamente para que o evangelho chega a todos.

A evidência do Espírito Santo no controle de Igreja se manifesta de várias maneiras.

1. O Espírito Santo Produz Uma Atitude De Vida, Amor, Alegria, Paz, Fé, Emoção E Entusiasmo:

Um espírito infeccioso e contagioso está presente em uma igreja que experimentou a nova vida no espírito. As pessoas é atraído por uma congregação que está viva. Sua fé vibrante é capturado ainda mais do que é ensinado. Salmos 126:2 descreve a atmosfera da restauração: " Então a nossa boca se encheu de riso e a nossa língua de cânticos." A alegria é evidente para todos. As igrejas cheios do Espírito são centros felizes.

2. Lá Estão Pregando Cheio Do Espírito Que Produz Arrependimento Ou Resistência Da Resposta:

     O pregador tornou-se um canal para a palavra de Deus (Marcos 13:11). Pregação no poder do Espírito é bíblico e fala para a consciência e o coração. As igrejas cheios do espírito estão pregando centros

3. O Espírito Santo Libera As Pessoas De Culpa E Escravidão Do Pecado:

     O espírito torna possível viver na justiça de Cristo e santificação. As igrejas cheios do Espírito são centros de evangelização.

4. O Espírito Santo Inspira Vibrantes Serviços De Culto, Onde A Vida De Cristo E Sua Vitória São Realizadas, Proclamou E Atestada:

     É o espírito de Deus, que evoca a verdadeira adoração (Filipenses 3:3;) João 4:24). As igrejas cheios do Espírito são centros de adoração (Atos 2:46-47).

5. O Espírito Santo Crea Compaixão Para Com Os Pobres, Os Necessitados E Doentes:

     Guiado por igrejas de espírito Ministro amor, aceitação, perdão, saúde e aconselhamento para os feridos e o solo (Atos 5:12, 16). As igrejas cheios do Espírito são centros de saúde.

6. Crentes Transformados Se Reúnem Juntos Tanto Na Adoração Corporativa E Fellowship Em Casas:

     O princípio ocorre em Atos 2:42. A prática da Igreja é vista em Atos 2:44, 46; 5:42.

     A reunião dos crentes foi um tempo para evangelizar, ensinar, compartilhar, ministrando, orar e equipar. Os irmãos ao mesmo tempo espontaneamente veio ao mundo para testemunhar de sua vida em Cristo. As igrejas cheios do Espírito são instalações para reuniões.

7. O Espírito Leva Para A Reestruturação Da Vida Da Igreja, Estilo Re Ministério E Governo Bíblico Congregacional Segundo Princípios, Práticas E Modelos:

     O senhorio do senhor reconhece e lhes for apresentado. Os presentes do escritório do Ministério são recebidos e estão autorizados a operar. Todos os membros são treinados e equipados para o seu ministério. As responsabilidades do cristão ao serviço do Evangelho e seus recursos serão proclamar e praticar. Nesse sentido, a Igreja pode trabalhar de acordo com o plano de Deus. As igrejas cheios do Espírito são órgãos que funcionam.

Muitas igrejas estão hoje na necessidade desesperada de renascimento, renovação, rejuvenescimento, revitalização e restauração. Chamá-lo de que você quer, a verdade da questão é que a Igreja precisa urgentemente de um novo derramamento do Espírito Santo.

Convidamos e desafiar a Igreja para capturar uma vista sobre a vontade de Deus para um derramamento do seu espírito na Igreja. Vamos rezar para a Igreja em chamas realizar sua missão no mundo nos últimos dias.

ARDIENDO EN EL FUEGO DEL ESPÍRITU SANTO

“El fuego arderá continuamente en el altar; no se apagará.” Levítico 6:13

Una iglesia que había sido construida hace muchos años fue incendiada una noche. El incendio podría ser visto por miles en cada dirección y esto atrajo a una gran multitud. Un hombre que nunca daría un paso dentro de la puerta de una iglesia y que se burlaba de los feligreses vino a mirar la quemadura de la iglesia. Un miembro de la iglesia se acercó a él y le dijo: “es extraño verlo aquí.” El hombre le contestó, “Esta es la primera vez que he visto esta iglesia el fuego.”

Cuando una iglesia verdaderamente esta en fuego, la gente es atraídas a ella. El deseo del Señor es que la iglesia este en fuego. Jesús le dijo a la iglesia en Laodicea que Él deseaba que estuviera caliente y no tibia (Apocalipsis 3:15). Sin el halito de vida del Espíritu la iglesia será como el valle lleno de huesos secos como en la visión de Ezequiel, fría y muerta (Ezequiel 39).

El Espíritu Santo es vital a la vida dinámica de la iglesia. Uno de los propósitos del derramamiento del Espíritu es la renovación de la iglesia para que pueda cumplir su misión al mundo. El Espíritu es dado para fortalecer a la iglesia para ser testigos, que comienza en el hogar y se extiende hasta los confines de la tierra (Hechos 1: 8).

En el Libro de los Hechos observamos una iglesia eficaz que puso el mundo de arriba abajo. El Espíritu Santo era la llave a su vida dinámica. Los dones del Espíritu estaban muy en operación como herramientas esenciales para el evangelismo. La iglesia del Nuevo Testamento experimentó el crecimiento explosivo en la potenciación del Espíritu. Dios desea restaurar la iglesia de hoy a los principios y los modelos  de la vida de la Iglesia del Nuevo Testamento.

El Espíritu Santo es derramado con el fin de revivir la iglesia para que la Iglesia renovada realice la Gran Comisión. Dios desea que su iglesia sea un cuerpo unido bien coordinado, unido con cada parte funcionando correctamente de modo que el evangelio alcance a todo mundo.

La evidencia del control del Espíritu Santo en la iglesia se manifiesta en varias maneras.

1. El Espíritu Santo Produce Una Actitud De Vida, Amor, Gozo, Paz, Fe, Excitación Y Entusiasmo:

     Un espíritu infeccioso, contagioso está presente en una iglesia que experimenta vida nueva en el Espíritu. La gente es atraída a una congregación que está viva. Su fe vibrante es capturada aún más de lo que se enseña. El Salmo 126:2 describe el ambiente de restauración: “Entonces nuestra boca se llenara de risa, y nuestra lengua de alabanza.” La alegría es evidente a todos. Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son centros alegres.

2. Hay Predicación Lleno Del Espíritu Que Produce Respuesta De Arrepentimiento O Resistencia:

     El predicador se convierte en un canal para la Palabra de Dios (Marcos 13:11). La predicación en el poder del Espíritu es bíblico y habla a la conciencia y al corazón. Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son centros de predicación.

3. El Espíritu Santo Libera La Gente De La Culpa Y La Esclavitud Del Pecado:

     El Espíritu hace posible vivir en la justicia de Cristo y santificación. Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son centros de evangelización.

4. El Espíritu Santo Inspira Servicios Vibrantes De Adoración En Donde La Vida De Cristo Y Su Victoria Son Celebradas, Proclamadas y Demostradas:

     Es el Espíritu de Dios quien evoca verdadera adoración (Filipenses 3:3; Juan 4:24). Iglesias llenas del Espíritu son  centros de adoración (Hechos 2:46-47).

5. El Espíritu Santo Crea Compasión Para El Pobre, El Necesitado Y El Enfermo:

     Las iglesias guiadas por el Espíritu ministran amor, aceptación, el perdón, sanidad, y asesoramiento a los heridos y al solitario (Hechos 5:12, 16). Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son centros de sanidad.

6. Los Creyentes Transformados Se Congregan Juntos Tanto En Adoración Corporativa y Confraternidad En Los Hogares:

     El principio se da en Hechos 2:42. La práctica de la Iglesia se ve en Hechos 2:44, 46; 5:42.

     La reunión de creyentes era un tiempo para evangelizar, ensenar, compartir, ministrar, orar, y equipar. Los hermanos a la vez salían espontáneamente al mundo para testificar de su vida en Cristo. Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son centros de reunión. 

7. El Espíritu Conduce A La Restructuración De La Vida De La Iglesia, Estilo De Ministerio, Y Gobierno Congregacional Según Principios, Prácticas y Modelos Bíblicos:

     El señorío del Señor se reconoce y se somete a ellos. Los dones del oficio del ministerio se reciben y son permitidos que operen. Todos los miembros son entrenados y equipados para su ministerio. Las responsabilidades del cristiano en la administración del evangelio y de sus recursos se proclaman y practican. Consiguientemente la iglesia puede funcionar según el designio de Dios. Las iglesias llenas del Espíritu son cuerpos que funcionan.  

Muchas iglesias hoy en día se encuentran en la necesidad desesperada de avivamiento, renovación, rejuvenecimiento, revitalización y restauración. Llámelo lo que usted quiera, la verdad del asunto es que la iglesia necesita urgentemente una nueva derramamiento del Espíritu Santo.

Invitamos y desafiamos a la iglesia para capturar una visión de la voluntad del Señor para un derramamiento de Su Espíritu en la iglesia. Oremos para que la iglesia en fuego realice su misión en el mundo en estos últimos días.

     

BURNING IN THE FIRE OF THE HOLY SPIRIT

“The fire shall ever be burning upon the altar; it shall never go out.”  Leviticus 6:13

A church that had been built many years ago burned down one night. The blaze could be seen for miles in every direction and it drew a large crowd. A certain man who never would step inside the door of a church and who made fun of churchgoers came to watch the church burn. A member of the church went over to him and said: “It’s strange seeing you here.” The man replied, “This is the first time I’ve seen this church on fire.”

When a church is truly on fire, people are attracted to it. The Lord’s desire is that the church be on fire. Jesus told the church at Laodicea that He wished it were hot and not lukewarm (Revelation 3:15). Without the Spirit’s breathe of life the church, like the valley full of dry bones in Ezekiel’s vision, is cold and dead (Ezekiel 39).

The Holy Spirit is vital to dynamic church life. A purpose for the Spirit’s outpouring is to renew the church so it can fulfill its mission to the world. The Spirit is given to empower the church for witnessing, which begins at home and extends out to the ends of the earth (Acts 1:8).

In the Book of Acts we observe an effective church which turned the world upside down. The Holy Spirit was the key to its dynamic life. The gifts of the Spirit were very much in operation as essential tools for evangelism. The New Testament church experienced explosive growth under the Spirit’s empowerment. God desires to restore today’s church to the principles and patterns of the New Testament church life.

The Holy Spirit is poured out for the purpose of reviving the church so that the renewed church will fulfill the Great Commission. God desires His church to be a united body fitly joined together with every part functioning properly so that the gospel will reach all people.

The evidence of the Holy Spirit’s control in the church is manifested in several ways:

1. The Holy Spirit Produces An Attitude Of Life, Love, Joy, Peace, Faith, Excitement And Enthusiasm:

      A contagious, infectious spirit is present in a church experiencing new life in the Spirit. People are attracted to a congregation that is alive. Their vibrant faith is caught even more than it is taught. Psalm 126:2 describes the atmosphere of restoration: “Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing.” Gladness is evident to all. Spirit filled churches are joyful centers.

2. There Is Spirit Filled Preaching Which Produces Response, Either of Repentance Or Resistance:

      The preacher becomes a channel for the Word of God (Mark 13:11). Spirit empowered preaching is biblical and speaks to the conscience and the heart. Spirit filled churches are preaching centers.

3. The Holy Spirit Sets People Free From Guilt And Bondage To Sin:

      The Spirit makes it possible to live in righteousness and sanctification. Spirit filled churches are evangelistic centers.

4. The Holy Spirit Inspires Vibrant Worship Services In Which Christ’s Life And Victory Are Celebrated, Proclaimed and Demonstrated:

      It is God’s Spirit who evokes true worship (Philippians 3:3, John 4:24). Spirit filled churches are worship centers (Acts 2:46-47).  

5. The Holy Spirit Creates Compassion For The Poor, Needy and Sick:

      Churches led by the Spirit minister love, acceptance, forgiveness, healing and counseling to hurting and lonely people (Acts 5:12, 16). Spirit filled churches are Healing centers.

6. The Believers Congregate Together Both In Corporate Worship And In Home Fellowships:

      The principle is given in Acts 2:42. The practice of the early church is seen in Acts 2:44-46; 5:42.

      The gathering of believers was a time for evangelizing, teaching, sharing, ministering, praying and equipping. The brethren in turn spilled out spontaneously into the world to witness to their life in Christ. Spirit filled churches are gathering centers.

7. The Spirit Leads To The Restructuring Of Church Life, Ministry Style And Congregational Government According To Biblical Principles, Practices And Patterns.

      The headship of Jesus is acknowledged and submitted to. The office gifts of ministry are received and permitted to operate. All members are trained and equipped for their ministry. The believer’s responsibilities in stewardship of the gospel and of his resources are proclaimed and practiced. Consequently the church can function as God intended. Spirit filled churches are functioning bodies.

Many churches today stand in desperate need of revival, renewal, rejuvenation, revitalization and restoration. Call it what you will, the truth of the matter is that the church badly needs a fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  

We invite and challenge the church to catch a vision of the Lord’s will for an outpouring of His Spirit on the church. Pray that the church on fire will fulfill its mission in the world in these last days.       

LOS DIEZ MANDAMIENTOS PARA UN SERVICIO DE TESTIMONIO

1. Solo Testifica Cuando Ud. Tiene Algo Positive Que Decir:

     Proveer una lista de sus dificultades, batallas y las frustraciones es una influencia mala para difundir antes de los visitantes quien están en el servicio.

2. Tenga En Cuenta Que Un Testimonio No Es Un Sermón:

     Un testimonio es el proceso de relatar una experiencia personal que ha sucedido en su presencia o vida. En el caso del cristiano esto significa la maravillosa obra de gracia en su vida.

3. Evite El Uso Excesivo Del Pronombre “Yo” Procure Traer La Atención A Cristo:

     Deberíamos tratar de ser humilde en la práctica de testificar. Es por la gracia y el perdón de Dios que cualquier de nosotros obtiene cualquier grado de Santidad.

4. Ser Cortes A Otros En El Servicio, Especialmente A La Persona Quien Va Predicar:

     Si Ud. Espera hasta antes de la predicación para testificar, este seguro que el Espíritu Santo lo esta dirigiendo, en efecto, tome el tiempo asignado para la predicación. Dios es el que da los sermones al predicador para predicar y solamente Dios debería demorar la predicación, no el hombre.

5. Sea Breve, Ponte De Pie, Hable En Voz Fuerte, Cállese, Siéntese:

     Esto podría sonar poco grosero, pero yo pienso que es lógico y bien. Mucho se puede decirse en pocas palabras y en un corto tiempo.

6. La Vida Que Ud. Vive En El Hogar, En El Trabajo, Y En Su Vecindad Debe Ser Consistente Con Su Testimonio En La Iglesia:

De otra manera, guarda tu aliento, fuerza y tiempo y deje de testificar. La prueba final de la validez del testimonio de alguien es la coherencia de la vida en los giros y vueltas de la vida diaria.     

7. Nunca Use Un Testimonio Para Ventilar Sus Sentimientos O Frustraciones Acerca De Otros, La Iglesia, O El Pastor:

No solamente no es ético hacer tal, sino que es una ofensa directa a Dios, Su santuario y Su propósito divino por el cual nos congregarnos para la adoración.

8. Cuando La Gente Comienza A Dejar De Mirarlo Cuando Esta Testificando Y El Que Está Presidiendo El Servicio Empieza A Parecerse Inquieto, Seba Que Ha Testificado Demasiado Largo:

     Por regla general esto es cierto. Puede haber unas pocas excepciones, pero no muchas.

9. Cuando Testifica Siempre Hable Con Bastante Volumen Para Ser Oído:

     Es detrimento al servicio y ciertamente a su testimonio el hablar tan suavemente que nadie disfruta de ello además de usted.

10. Siempre Testifica A La Gloria De Dios:

THE TEN COMMANDMENTS FOR A TESTIMONY SERVICE

1. Only Testify When You Have Something Positive To Say:

     Providing a list of your hardships, battles and frustrations is a bad influence to spread before non Christians who are in attendance.

2. Keep In Mind That A Testimony Is Not A Sermon:

A testimony is the process of relating a firsthand account of events which have happened in one’s presence or life. In the case of Christians this means the wonderful workings of grace in their lives.

3. Avoid The Excessive Use Of The Pronoun “I” Seek To Bring Attention To Christ:

     We should strive to be humble in the practice of testifying. It is by the grace and mercy of God that any of us obtain any degree of sanctity.

4. Be Courteous To Others In The Service, Especially The Person Who Is Scheduled To Preach:

     If you wait until just before the sermon to testify, be sure that the Holy Spirit is directing you to, in effect, take the preacher’s allotted time. God gives preachers sermons to preach and only God should delay the delivery of the sermon, not man.

5. Be Brief, Stand Up, Speak up, Shut Up, Sit Down:

     This might sound harsh, but I think it is logical and sensible. Much can be said in few words and a short amount of time.

6. The Life You Live At Home, On The Job And In The Neighborhood Must Be Consistent With Your Testimony At Church:

     Otherwise save your breath, strength and time and quit testifying. The final proof of the validity of one’s testimony is a consistent life in the turns and twists of daily living.

7. Never Use A Testimony To Vent Your Feelings Or Frustrations About Others, The Church Or The Pastor:

     Not only is it not ethical to do such, but it is an outright insult to God, His sanctuary and His divine purpose in commanding the assembling of ourselves together for worship.

8. When People Begin To Cease Looking At You As You Testify And The One In Charge Of The Service Begins To Look Restless, You Know For Sure That You’ve Testified Too Long:

     As a general rule this is true. There may be a few exceptions, but not many.

9. When Testifying, Always Speak With Enough Volume To Be Heard:

     It is detrimental to the service and certainly to your testimony to speak so softly that no one enjoys it other than yourself.

10. Always Testify To The Glory Of God:

EL EFECTO DE LA PALABRA DE DIOS EN EL CREYENTE

“Toda la Escritura es inspirada por Dios, y útil para enseñar, para redargüir, para corregir, para instruir en justicia, a fin de que el hombre de Dios sea perfecto, enteramente preparado para toda buena obra.” (II Timoteo 3:16-17)

NOS HACE FUERTE

Nadie quiere estar débil, ni física ni espiritualmente, Junto con la oración, la lectura de la Biblia es la forma más eficaz de recibir fortaleza espiritual. Un gran numero de las personas que fracasan en su vida espiritual, fracasan debido a la ausencia de la Palabra de Dios en su vida diaria. Se hubieran podido evitar esos fracasos si dichas personas se hubieran propuesto a leer y estudiar la Biblia constante y disciplinadamente; la lectura diaria de la Biblia produce en nuestra vida espiritual, lo que el alimento diario a nuestro cuerpo: vitalidad y fortaleza, porque: “No sólo de pan vivirá el hombre, sino de toda palabra de Dios” (Lucas 4:4).

NOS DA SEGURIDAD EN CUANTO A LO QUE CREEMOS

Las primeras dificultades que afronta el nuevo creyente son las dudas en cuanto a lo que creemos. Lo que se dice y promete a quien se entrega a Cristo es muy grande y maravilloso, tanto que parecieran ser una fantasía. Es muy fácil que el enemigo siembre dudas en el corazón si no se conoce con certeza la escritura. Cuanto más se conoce la palabra, más sólida se hace nuestra fe; cuanto más se entiende la Biblia, mas se hace parte de nosotros. Si deseamos disfrutar de seguridad en cuanto a la salvación, la fe, el amor de Dios, su perdón, su fidelidad y su misericordia, debemos comenzar a estudiar la Palabra regularmente, ya que ella constituye la única fuente para obtener dicha seguridad.

NOS DA CONFIANZA Y PODER EN LA ORACIÓN

El Señor dijo: “Si permanecéis en mí, y mis palabras permanecen en vosotros, pedid todo lo que queréis y os será hecho” (Juan 15:7). Esto significa que el estudio de la Biblia nos da poder en la oración, pues leyéndola, las palabras de Cristo permanecen en nosotros. La Biblia nos dice como orar, como hacerlo con éxito y de manera que Dios nos responda.

NOS LIMPIA DE PECADO

La Palabra de Dios tiene un efecto purificador en el creyente; Jesús oró diciendo; “Santifícalos en tu verdad; tu palabra es verdad” (Juan 17:17). De algún modo la Palabra de Dios limpia al creyente mientras pasa por su mente y su corazón al leerla. Estos cobran conciencia de lo que es bueno y lo que no agrada a Dios, y como un proceso automático sus mandamientos quedan grabados en lo más profundo de nuestro subconsciente; y este, al presentarse la oferta de pecar, la rechaza. Todo nuevo creyente necesita saber con claridad lo que es pecado y que no lo es, Dios no nos ha dejado juzgar a nuestro propio criterio, sino al de su palabra. A la luz de su palabra se aclara toda duda respecto la pureza de cualquier cosa de la que no estemos seguros. “¿Con qué limpiará el hombre su camino? Con guardar su palabra” (Salmo 119: 9). El que estudia la Biblia, aprenderá a distinguir lo que es pecado y será limpio de su pecado; pues al aprender a identificarlo podrá evitarlo. La Biblia nos aleja del pecado o el pecado nos aleja de la Biblia.

NOS DA GOZO

 Una de las bendiciones de la vida cristiana es el gozo; pero con frecuencia los problemas de la vida lo ahogan. Cristo dijo: “Estas cosas os he hablado, para que mi gozo este en vosotros, y vuestro gozo sea cumplido” (Juan 15:11). La lectura de la Palabra de Dios trae gozo al corazón, cualesquiera que sean las circunstancias. Jeremías dijo: “Fueron halladas tus palabras, y yo las comí; y tu palabra me fue  por gozo y por alegría de mi corazón...” (Jeremías 15: 16).

NOS INFORMA DE NUESTROS DEBERES COMO CRISTIANOS

 La Biblia está llena de mandamientos que Dios dejó establecidos para que su pueblo guarde y obedezca. Estos mandamientos son para nuestro bien, y cada uno de ellos fue diseñado por el Señor para evitarnos algún mal o sufrimiento; así que el obedecerlos nos prolonga la vida, nos enriquece y lo que es mas, nos garantiza la vida eterna. El rey David dijo: “Los mandamientos de Jehová son rectos, que alegran el corazón; el precepto de Jehová es puro, que alumbra los ojos” (Salmo 19: 8). Dios dijo a Moisés: “Si oyeres atentamente la voz de Jehová tu Dios, e hicieres lo recto delante de sus ojos, y dieres oído a sus mandamientos, y guardares todos sus estatutos, ninguna enfermedad de las que envié a los egipcios te enviaré a ti; porque yo soy Jehová tu sanador” (Éxodo 15: 26).

NOS INFORMA DE LO QUE NOS PERTENECE COMO HIJOS DE DIOS

La Biblia está llena de promesas que nos pertenecen como hijos de Dios. De principio a fin las escrituras están saturadas de bendiciones que El Señor promete a todos los que le aman. A pesar de que el Señor nos promete tantas cosas, y que él tiene mas que darnos que nosotros que pedirle, hay aún muchos que no las reciben ni las disfrutan simplemente porque las desconocen. La lectura de la Palabra de Dios nos proporciona información acerca de todas las bendiciones disponibles para sus hijos. Pablo dijo: “Cosas que ojo no vio, ni oído oyó, Ni han subido en corazón de hombre, Son las que Dios ha preparado para los que le aman” (1 Corintios 2: 9). Pedro dijo también: “Nos ha dado (Dios) preciosas y grandísimas promesas, para que por ellas llegaseis a ser participantes de la naturaleza divina...” (II Pedro 1: 4).

NOS MUESTRA LA VOLUNTAD DE DIOS

Dios tiene un plan y propósito para cada uno de sus hijos, a este plan y propósito la Biblia lo llama “la voluntad de Dios”. En las paginas de la Biblia encontramos cual es la voluntad de Dios para nuestra vida. Si queremos saber con exactitud lo que Dios desea hacer en nuestra vida, hogar, trabajo e iglesia, debemos buscar diligentemente en oración la voluntad de Dios en la Biblia. “Y el mundo pasa, y sus deseos; pero el que hace la voluntad de Dios permanece para siempre” (1 Juan 2: 17).

NOS ORIENTA EN DECISIONES DE LA VIDA

La Biblia es el mejor manual sobre el comportamiento humano que jamás se haya escrito, pues contiene miles de principios prácticos, de utilidad y valor permanente para nuestra vida diaria. Estos principios contienen un caudal de sabiduría divina la cual guía al creyente y lo ayuda a programar su comportamiento por adelantado, de modo que, cuando llega el momento de tomar decisiones, no hay necesidad de someterse a un angustioso proceso de reflexión para tomar la decisión adecuada. Para el cristiano que conoce la Biblia, el problema de tomar decisiones se simplifica. La Biblia nos ilumina. El rey David dijo al respecto: “Lámpara es a mis pies tu palabra, y lumbrera a mi camino” (Salmo 119:105). Los consejos y principios de Dios nos sirven de guía, y alumbran nuestro entendimiento al enfrentar y tomar decisiones en nuestra vida. Es muy bueno prepararse para vivir de acuerdo con los principios bíblicos, atesorándolos en nuestro corazón por anticipado, antes que se presenten las crisis.

La Biblia contiene pues, un sin numero de mandamientos, consejos y advertencias para casi todas las situaciones que puedan presentarse en el transcurso de nuestra vida. Si diariamente llenamos nuestra mente con la palabra de Dios, ella iluminará las oscuras sendas del futuro con la dirección y el consejo divino, y nos evitará tomar decisiones equivocadas. David dijo: “En mi corazón he guardado tus dichos, Para no pecar contra ti” (Salmo 119:11).

NOS CAPACITA PARA DAR EXPRESIÓN A NUESTRA FE

Mucha de la gente que nos rodea, no conoce la palabra de Dios; y en muchas ocasiones usted será la única persona que puede hablarles acerca de Dios, su amor y lo que él desea hacer en la vida del hombre. Usted es responsable de comunicar y transmitir lo que usted cree y ha recibido de Dios a quien necesite escucharlo. Pedro dijo: “Santificad a Dios el Señor en vuestros corazones, y estad siempre preparados para presentar defensa con mansedumbre y reverencia ante todo el que os demande razón de la esperanza que hay en vosotros…” (1 Pedro 3: 15).

La única forma de estar en condiciones de: Contestar al que tiene dudas, callar al que se burla, u orientar al que sinceramente busca la verdad, será estando siempre preparados leyendo y estudiando diariamente la Escritura. Si desea compartir en forma efectiva de Cristo con otros, es indispensable que tenga por lo menos un conocimiento básico de la Palabra de Dios.

NOS GARANTIZA EL ÉXITO

Todos anhelamos tener éxito en el campo de actividad que hemos elegido. La lectura de la Biblia nos enseña como prosperar y como conducirnos para que todo nos salga bien. En la Biblia se nos revela el secreto de Dios para alcanzar el éxito. Por todas las páginas de la Biblia yacen incrustados los más profundos y reveladores consejos de Dios para llegar a la cima del triunfo.

Meditar o reflexionar diariamente en la palabra de Dios nos llevará a descubrir y descifrar los consejos de Dios; y ala vez estos se mantienen siempre frescos en nuestra mente y corazón, garantizándonos el éxito que todos buscamos. “Nunca se aparte de tu boca este libro de la ley, sino que de día y de noche meditarás en él, para que guardes y hagas conforme a todo lo que en él está escrito; porque entonces harás prosperar tu camino, y todo te saldrá bien” (Josué 1: 8). “Bienaventurado el varón que no anduvo en consejo de malos, Ni estuvo en camino de pecadores, Ni en silla de escarnecedores se ha sentado; Sino que en la ley de Jehová está su delicia, Y en ella medita de día y de noche. Será como árbol plantado junto a corrientes de aguas, Que da su fruto en su tiempo, y su hoja no cae; Y todo lo que hace, prosperará” (Salmo 1:1-3).

Esta clase de productividad diaria es el resultado de alimentar la mente todos los días con la palabra de Dios. Lamentablemente muchos creyentes creen que están demasiado ocupados como para dedicar tiempo a la lectura de la Biblia y refrescar la mente cada día con la Palabra de Dios. Si solo entendieran que un momento de recogimiento con Dios diario, le hará que su día sea más productivo, le rinda más y obtenga mejores resultados.

THE EFFECT OF THE WORD OF GOD IN THE BELIEVER

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” (II Timothy 3:16-17)

IT MAKES US STRONG

Nobody wants to be weak, not either physically or spiritually, along with prayer, reading the Bible is the most effective way of receiving spiritual strength. A large number of those who fail in their spiritual life fail because of the absence of the Word of God in their daily lives. They might have avoided these defeats if they had proposed to read and study the Bible consistently and in a disciplined manner; the daily reading of the Bible produces in our spiritual life, what daily food to our body: vitality and strength, because: “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God” (Luke 4:4).  

IT GIVES US CONFIDENCE IN WHAT WE BELIEVE

The first difficulties that the new believer faces are the doubts as to what we believe. What is said and promised to who surrenders to Christ is very great and wonderful; so much that they seem to be a fantasy. It is very easy for the enemy to sow doubts in the heart if the scripture is not known with certainty. The more the scripture is known, the more solid our faith becomes; the more the Bible is understood, the more it becomes a part of us. If we desire to enjoy security in terms of salvation, faith, God's love, his forgiveness, his faithfulness and his compassion, we must begin to study the Word regularly, since it constitutes the only source to obtain this security.

IT GIVES US CONFIDENCE AND POWER IN PRAYER

The Lord said: "If you remain in me, and my words remain in you, ask what you want and it will be done” (John 15:7). This means that the study of the Bible gives us power in prayer, because reading it, Christ's words remain in us. The Bible tells us how to pray and how to do it successfully so God will answer us.

IT CLEANSES US OF SIN

The Word of God has a purifying effect in the believer; Jesus prayed saying:“Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.” (John 17:17). In some way the Word of God cleanses the believer while it passes through his mind and heart as he reads it. He becomes aware of what is good and what God does not like, and as an automatic process his commandments are engraved in the depths of our subconscious; and this, when the occasion to sin presents itself, he rejects it. Every new believer needs to know with clarity what sin is and what is not, God has not left it to our own discretion, but to his word. In the light of his word any doubt concerning the purity of anything of which we are not sure is cleared up. “How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word.” (Psalm 119: 9). He, who studies the Bible, will learn to distinguish what is sin and it he will be clean of his sin; since, on having learned to identify it, he will be able to avoid it. The Bible will drive us away from sin or sin will drive us away from the Bible.

IT GIVES US JOY

One of the blessings of the Christian life is joy; but often the problems of life drown it. Christ said: “These things I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full” (John 15:11). The reading of God’s Word brings joy to the heart, whatever the circumstances might be. Jeremiah said: “Your words were found, and I ate them, And Your word was to me the joy and rejoicing of my heart; For I am called by Your name, O Lord God of hosts.” (15:16).

IT INFORMS US OF OUR DUTIES AS CHRISTIANS

The Bible is full of commandments that God established for his people to keep and obey. These commandments are for our good, and each of them was designed by the Lord to avoid some evil or suffering; so to obey them prolongs our life, it enriches us and what is more, it guarantees us eternal life. King David said: “The statutes of the Lord are right, rejoicing the heart; The commandment of the Lord is pure, enlightening the eyes.” (Psalm 19:8). God said to Moses: “If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15: 26).

IT INFORMS US OF WHAT BELONGS TO US AS CHILDREN OF GOD

The Bible is full of promises that belong to us as children of God. From beginning to end the scripture is saturated with blessings that The Lord promises to all those who love him. Despite the fact that the Lord promises us so many things, and that he has more to give us than what we have to ask him, there are still many who do not receive them nor do they enjoy them simply because they are unaware of them. The reading of the Word of God provides us information about all the blessings available to his children. Paul said: “Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor have entered into the heart of man the things which God has prepared for those who love Him” (1 Corinthian 2: 9). Peter said: “(God) has given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature ...” (II Peter 1: 4).

IT SHOWS US GOD'S WILL

God has a plan and purpose for each of his children, this plan and purpose the Bible calls “The Will of God”. In the pages of the Bible we find what the Will of God is for our life. If we want to know exactly what God wants to do in our life, our home, our hearth, work and church, we must look diligently in prayer for the Will of God in the Bible: “And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever” (1 John 2: 17).

IT GUIDES US IN LIFE'S DECISIONS

The Bible is the best manual on the human behavior that has ever been written, because it contains thousands of practical principles, of usefulness and permanent value for our daily life. These principles contains a wealth of divine knowledge which guides the believer and it helps him to program his behavior in advance, so that, when there comes a moment to make decisions, there is no need to undergo a distressing process of reflection to make the right decision. For the Christian who knows the Bible, the problem of making decisions is simplified. The Bible illuminates us. King David said on this matter: “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalms 119:105). God's council and principles serve us as a guide, and light our understanding to face and make decisions in our life. It is very good to prepare yourself to live in accordance with the Biblical principles, storing them in our hart in advance, before crises arise.

The Bible contains therefore a great number of commandments, advice and warnings for almost all situations which may arise in the course of our life. If every day we fill our mind with the Word of God, it will illuminate the dark paths of the future with direction and divine council, and we will avoid making wrong decisions. David said: “Your word I have hidden in my heart, that I might not sin against You” (Psalm 119:11).

IT ENABLES US TO GIVE EXPRESSION TO OUR FAITH

Many of the people around us do not know the Word of God; and in many cases you will be the only person who can speak to them about God, His love and what He wants to do in the life of man. You are responsible for communicating and conveying what you believe and have received from God to whom he needs to listen. Peter said: But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts, and always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear…” (1 Peter 3: 15).

The only way to be able to: Answer the one that has doubts, to quiet the one who mocks, or guide the one that sincerely looks for the truth, will be being always prepared reading and studying every day the scripture. If you wish to share Christ with others effectively, it is indispensable that you at least have a basic knowledge of the Word of God.

IT GUARANTEES US SUCCESS

We all desire to have success in the field of activity that we have chosen. The reading of the Bible teaches us how to prosper and how to lead us so that everything well turn out well for us. God's secret on how to achieve success is revealed to us in the Bible. Throughout all the pages of the Bible lie embedded the deepest and most revealing councils of God to reach the peak of triumph.

Meditating or reflecting daily on the word of God will lead us to discover and decipher the Councils of God; and at the same time they are maintained fresh in our mind and heart, guaranteeing us the success that we all look for: “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. He shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water that brings forth its fruit in its season, whose leaf also shall not wither; and whatever he does shall prosper” (Psalm 1:1-3).

This kind of daily productivity is the result of feeding the mind every day with the Word of God. Regrettably many believers believe that they are too busy to devote time to the reading of the Bible and refreshing the mind every day with the Word of God. If only they understood that a moment of withdrawal with God daily will make your day more productive, you will yield more and obtain better results.
